Finding Good Framework
Four core internal drivers — how each person most naturally creates influence and recognizes themselves in others' stories: Storyteller (translates experience into meaning), Confidant (creates psychological safety), Guide (driven by clarity and forward movement), and Sage (internally anchored in insight and perspective). Each type reveals how someone connects at their best — and where they depart under pressure.
Connector Types are not personality labels. They describe how someone most naturally finds hidden influence in others and creates the conditions for the recognition moment. The diagnostic question: "How do you see yourself in them — or how do you see them in you?" The clarity and specificity of the answer measures proximity to the natural state. The full assessment (20 questions, 12 subtypes) is available in Together. The 8-question mini version is available on the Campfire.
