- Tool responses: When you use our interactive tools (such as Hidden Influence, Shared Priorities, Connector Types, or SOFA), we store your inputs and the AI-generated outputs to provide your results.
- Campfire contributions: Requests, stories, and display names you submit to community campfire discussions.
- Account data: If you create an account, we store a profile linked to your authentication provider (e.g., Google). A default display name of "Anonymous" is assigned unless you change it.
We also collect limited technical data automatically:
- IP addresses: Used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse. Not stored long-term or used for tracking.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication session management via Supabase Auth. These are functional cookies required for the site to work — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, traffic sources). Google Analytics may set its own cookies. You can opt out by using a browser extension or adjusting your cookie settings.

- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
- Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered tool responses — your tool inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate personalized outputs
- Resend: Email delivery for contact form submissions
- Google Analytics: Website usage analytics
- Vercel: Website hosting
Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement appropriate security measures including HTTPS encryption, input validation, rate limiting, and access controls. Tool submissions and contact information are retained as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
